About Us

Step Into Our Story

Small business ownership is a strange and special journey that calls only the bravest, most curious, and obsessively driven. In other words, entrepreneurs. Adventurers. You.

Once Upon a Time…

We were new to entrepreneurship and all its discoveries, joys, and hurdles – a small business helping small businesses discover the most direct path to success. As a woman and minority owned company, we know how critical it is to open doors and remove barriers for all who come with us on these uncharted paths. Our mission became an obsession to ensure every entrepreneur in the New Majority has what they need to launch and grow their own small business adventure.

Pamela Blair

Pamela and Jeffrey Blair started EyeSeeMe African American Children’s Bookstore in 2015 to offer titles that feature African American characters and celebrate the contributions of Black inventors, writers, and other historical figures. The store received a Hello Alice COVID-19 Business for All Emergency Grant that helped them adapt to online sales and curbside pickups during the pandemic.
