This game changing initiative is opening doors for entrepreneurs and prioritizing women ready to scale their dreams. The BOTOX® Cosmetic Confidence Project is committed to closing the confidence gap and empowering the next generation of business leaders through practical skill development, strategic mentorship, and potential funding opportunities.
The Confidence Project isn’t just another business program – it’s an adventure designed to transform promising business owners into unstoppable forces in their industries. Participants will also have the opportunity to be one of 20 small business owners selected to receive a $20k grant.

With just 250 spots available, this is an exclusive opportunity to join a community of forward-thinking entrepreneurs who are reshaping the business landscape. The Confidence Project goes beyond traditional business support – it’s about equipping entrepreneurs with the tools, connections, and resources needed to break through barriers and achieve their boldest business goals.

To be eligible, a small business owner must be:
- An entrepreneur who is the leading executive (i.e. Founder and/or President, CEO, CFO, COO, or any other similar title) of a business that meets the below business criteria; and
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in AL and NE).
To be eligible, a business must be:
- A for-profit business located and registered in one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

Timeline
Applications for The Confidence Project will be open from April 22, 2025 at 9 a.m. ET to May 22, 2025, at 6 p.m. ET. Applications will be reviewed by a committee in accordance with review criteria outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Recipients will be notified of acceptance via email on or around June 11, 2025. The Boost Camp will begin on June 26, 2025.

BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet, frown lines, and vertical bands connecting the neck and jaw in adults (platysma bands). Talk to your doctor about BOTOX® Cosmetic and whether it’s right for you. There are risks with this product—the effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be a sign of a life-threatening condition. If this happens, do not drive a car, operate machinery, or do other dangerous activities. Patients with these conditions before injection are at the highest risk. Swallowing problems may last for several months. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection-site pain, fatigue and headache. Don’t receive BOTOX® Cosmetic if there’s a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

These 20 inspiring entrepreneurs were chosen for their bold vision and commitment to growth—and will now embark on a business coaching experience designed to boost their confidence, sharpen their strategies, and unlock new opportunities.
At the end of the program, select participants will be chosen to receive a $20,000 grant to support their continued business journey.
